Group Event Pricing
Event Site
The site includes the tent, wood floor, inside and outside lighting, restrooms, white pine forest, and patio with bonfire pit. Your evemt can be customized with hay rides, bonfire, different food possibilites, and group games and activities. The orchard is just 20 miles outside the twin cities, yet you and your guests can enjoy the country fresh air.

Ceremony Site
The ceremony wedding gazebo site rests in the north orchard.

You will love our fun fresh menu items: Super Cider Dog, Kalossal Cider Brat, juicy Cider Burger (all cooked in fresh apple cider) and served with saute'd apples and onions, kettle chips & a pickle. Your meal comes with creamy potato salad, baked beans, and Orchard Slaw. For dessert you have a choice of apple crisp, apple pie (seasonal) brownies, or chocalate chip cookies. Beverages include soda pop and water. For an additional price of $20 per gallon we serve apple cider, cherry apple cider (seasonal) or lemon aid.
Bonfire
This is a crushed blue granite, king size bonfire pit and it's fantastic and very memorable! We can pile it high with apple wood for prosperity, fun, and good times. Seating is provided using teak wood chairs, apple crates, and benches.

Dance Floor
This is a 15' X 15' Oak dance floor.

Hayrides
We use old fashioned tractors to pull a hay wagon through the woods and apple trees. The wagon can carry about 25 adults a ride.

Tractor Bucket Beverage Display
We use a Hesston tractor front end loader full of ice and beverages of choice. We simply drive it into your event and lower the bucket for your beverage of choice.

Group Event Policies
Reservation Deposit
To confirm a reservation and hold a date, a $500 deposit is necessary. The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward your final bill.
Caterer
You can use any caterer you wish. We recommend www.josephcatering.com/default.htm , divineswine.com , and Lookout bar & Grill. All three do a wonderful service with fantastic food and know our facility very well.
We can manage beer, wine, liquor, softdrinks, bar, bartender, ice, and glasses through one of our partners.
Hours
Your reserved date allows you the entire day for your event (9am - 11pm). You may start decorating the tent and site area the day before your event and you have 48 hours to remove your belongings from the time your event ends. All entertainment that is amplified, in accordance to the City of Minnetrista City Ordinance, must end at 9 pm.
Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of $500 is required for all events. This deposit is returned un-cashed two-weeks after your event, if no damage occurred as a result of your event.
Payment of the Bill
Event parties are required to pay the entire estimated bill prior to the date of the function: 50% of the estimated bill is due one month prior, and the remaining 50% is due one-week prior to the event.
Guarantee
A guarantee for the number of guests is required two weeks prior to your event. You will be billed based on this guarantee. If no guarantee is submitted by two weeks prior, we will consider the last number given to be the guarantee.
Aarcee Party Rental
We have an exclusive relationship with Arrcee Party Rental to furnish all the tables, chairs, and linens. We can order and set up for you.
Parking
Parking is restricted in designated areas only. Parking capacity is 550 slots.
Garbage
We have trash receptacles and will remove or recycle all items in containers. It is appreciated if the caterer removes their trash due to the fact it's food and gets messy in our dumpsters.
